Roger A. Kraft is a member of the Utah Bar Association, having graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree and the University of Idaho with his Doctorate in Juris Prudence. He also holds memberships in the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as well as the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum. During his law school career Mr. Kraft was awarded several prestigious awards including 1st place in the McNichols Appellate Competition and the award as Best Advocate as a member of a nationally competing trial team. His work as an attorney has continued with similar success, having successfully tried high profile cases and bringing him national attention and appearances on programs such as Nancy Grace at CNN©.

Mr. Kraft’s reputation as an aggressive, honest and competent attorney has lead to his being hired by politicians, police officers, professional athletes, and even judges in various matters. He approaches each case with passion and an understanding of what is at stake.

Before his work as an attorney, Mr. Kraft owned and operated Wipe Out Windows for 13 years and drove a truck for Pepsi Cola©, so he understands what it means to work hard for a living and the daily struggles of life. Prior to that, he worked as a morning -show host on several radio stations including KRSP, in Salt Lake City.

Mr. Kraft is married and the proud father of 4 children. In his off hours, he spends time with his family, is an avid hunter and fisher, and coaches youth baseball and football.
